A Florida bikini model and star of her own popular YouTube channel, Vicky Justiz, demonstrates four simple exercises to tone and maintain a small waist in this short video. Additionally, she explains that traditional sit-ups and oblique exercises strengthen the muscles in the sides and upper abdomen, making the waist appear larger.

She does the two modified core strengthening exercises for Plank and the two modified versions of crunches along with Justiz as she explains the movements, all of which have been designed to tone and maintain a small waist. Doing these exercises regularly and eating a healthy diet will help you achieve the desired results.
